The disconnection policy outlines all the situations that occur in this case and how the result will be administered. This page explains how we deal with lost connections, incomplete rounds, stuck games, and wallet updates, so you know what to expect if your side of the network fails. 

We try to keep our systems stable from our end, but not every issue happens on our server. Many times, it can be your device, internet provider, or even the platform you are using. Because of this mix, the rules below help maintain fairness without creating confusion for any player.

When a Disconnection Happens Before Playing

If the disconnection occurs before you put any amount, then no money will be deducted from your wallets. You can enjoy continuous gaming when it connects back with the same wallet balance. 

If You Disconnect After Confirming Your Play

If you have placed the amount on any activity and your connection is lost, then your play will be registered, and rewards will be given as per the results. 

The platform will inform you about the result when you are back. You can also check the activity in the game history section.

In the activities that go live and are hosted by any live dealer, such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, and others, the round continuously works even if a player disconnects. In this case:

  • If you have placed the amount, your results will be settled automatically. 
  • If you did not place any amount before the timer ends, then the system will mark it as “No Play” from your end, and no amount will be deducted. 

2. Slots & Other Instant Games

For slots, crash, or similar games where each spin or round is independent:

  • If the action didn’t start, your amount stays untouched.
  • If the spin/round has already started, the software will finish it in the background and store the outcome.
